Who we are

Zeal Consulting LLC ("Zeal Consulting", "we", "us") operates theartofzeal.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you submit the operations assessment form or email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, work email, company, role, company size, and details about your operations.

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a secured database that is not publicly accessible. To prevent abuse, we also record a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type; we cannot recover your IP address from the hash. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are a person; Cloudflare processes limited technical data for this check under its own privacy policy.

We use it only to respond to you, prepare for and deliver our services, and keep business records.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referring site. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this.

Analytics cookies stay off unless you select Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We store your choice in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.

You can also block cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our business, such as hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), analytics (Google), and email delivery, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Analytics account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing evan@zealconsultingllc.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them as required.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Accessibility

We aim for this site to meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards. If anything on the site is hard to use with assistive technology, email evan@zealconsultingllc.com and we will provide the information in another format.
